Grab your friends for a self-guided Litter Clean-Up on one of our trails. SPACE has partnered with our friends at Keep One Spartanburg Beautiful to provide the tools for the job, such as trash bags, gloves, and litter pickers. You can rent them for free from SPACE, just email Kathryn to get started.
We have partnered with our pals at Partners for Active Living, and Keep One Spartanburg Beautiful to pick up litter this summer and beyond. Take the pledge today! Our trails provide an opportunity for our community to connect, stay healthy and active during these unusual times, and we need your support keeping them clean.
Challenge accepted! Grab your friends and head outside to complete this trail bingo. Below you will find the hidden gems Spartanburg County has to offer. Be sure to tag @palspartanburg, @spartanburgspace, #KeepSpartanburgWild and #paltrailbingo so we can follow your journey! Download Trail BINGO here.

We envision a Spartanburg community with natural resources and open spaces that are shared and enjoyed by people and wildlife today and for generations to come.
We work with private landowners and partner agencies to conserve land through voluntary conservation easements and currently protect over 5,000 acres in our community.
We work to provide access to green spaces for both people and wildlife. Our protected properties include watershed protection, wetlands, farms, forests, geological formations, and natural habitats.
